The idea is simple but powerful: every person is unique. Different bodies, life experiences and personalities create different ways of moving. In Capoeira we often see the tendency to copy forms or try to resemble someone else. But the true essence of the art lies elsewhere: 👉 in discovering your own Capoeira. “Cada um é cada um” means exactly that: everyone is themselves. The goal of the festival is to encourage participants to express their own personality within the game.
